staffgrid processes employee personal data (identity, contact, bank, attendance and location at clock-in/out) only to administer employment, payroll and statutory compliance.

Location is captured only at the moment an employee clocks in or out. Identity numbers and bank account numbers are stored encrypted and shown masked.

Data is shared only with the employing client company and statutory authorities as required by law. Employees may request a copy or correction of their data from HR.

Details submitted through our website contact, hire-staff and job application forms are used only to respond to that enquiry or application.
